Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
